阿美（王祖贤 饰）是个美丽的女孩子，可是天生脚就有残疾。她的父亲（黄霑 饰）因被堂叔欺骗买下了一间破旧不堪的超级市场，花掉了毕生积蓄的父亲变得疯疯癫癫的。阿美既要照顾父亲，又要帮忙打理超级市场，生活的重担落在了她的身上。在一次交通意外中，司机梁少祖（周润发 饰）以为自己 把阿美撞至残疾，十分内疚，便决定要帮助阿美经营超级市场。阿美一开始并不信任梁少祖，到后来他联合朋友来帮助自己的超级市场度过难关，心里满是感动，两人更坠入了爱河。。故事由13个类型各异的单元故事组成：每个奇幻的夜晚，夜猫便会洞悉人类的诉求，快递出一件件神奇的物品，或满足人们的愿望，或解决当事人的困境，或引发令人意外的结局。一个个看似怪诞离奇的故事，更像是一则则都市寓言。黑日梦镜，人生无捷径。夜猫快递，有求必应，如你所想，命由己定。。Someone downloads an app on your phone behind your back. It looks like an augmented reality game, but soon you realize it's an app that connects to the world of the dead, which allows you to see the dead through the camera of the phone. On the screen you see a countdown timer starting from 24 hours and before it reaches zero, you have to download the app to someone else's phone...。
