老刑警顾老九接受上级命令，带领文楠和方小米开办无忧事务所掩护身份，追查假钞案件。无忧事务所表面帮助客户排忧解难，解决生活琐事，实则伺机接近假钞案件中心的万家。万家对警方戒备心很强，由于万董事长卧床不起，引发了一系列争夺家产的风波，万家继承人相继身亡，整个公司都变得人心惶惶。无忧事务所成员逐步渗透，发现万家每个人都有着不为人知的秘密。危机再次升级，协助警方的无忧事务所和万家犯罪团伙的正面较量一触即发……。A little girl named Cathy tries to keep her mother from making out with a man while driving one day, and she inadvertently causes her mother's death in the car crash. 16 years later, Cathy has changed her name to Helen and has become a psychotic actress.
