Nia is a local realtor who is helping Julian find the ideal property to expand for his upscale property developer company. Julian sets his eye on Nia's family owned inn that is managed by her father who wants to sell and retire. Julian's company decides they want the property, but intend to change the inn. Nia sets out to find other options and hopes to save the family inn.。When a group of old college friends, now in their 30s, gather over Christmas at their recently deceased friend's remote mountain cabin to celebrate his life, they see it as an opportunity to come together as the cohesive unit they once were. But time has passed, and as old secrets and resentments surface, they realize that they are more seriously estranged than they had imagine...。台湾学生刘彦伶在间隔年来到大陆后对汉阙了发生了兴趣。她在清华建筑系完成读博士学位期间制作了本片。阙是汉代具体而微的缩影，本片探究缘起兴起及其文化内涵，即从一个侧面了解了中国汉代的体制和文化构成，了解汉代人的世俗生活和精神生活，及其兴衰的内里。 通过对汉阙的建筑形式、社会变迁、精神信仰、历史风貌等方面的描绘与重构，探寻东汉时期人们对于生死的态度，以及对今人生死观的深层次拷问。该纪录片先后到北京、西安、成都、简阳等地进行拍摄。 第一集壮丽重威第二集忠孝礼义第三集神仙安在第三集通天之路。
